COMPLETING THE SUBMISSION FORM

Contact Information

This is the most important part of the submission form. Please take your time and "double check" your work. If you are filling the form out by hand, please print legibly. Make sure the phone number is a good contact number. If paying with PAYPAL, please use PAYPAL email address in this field.

Submitted Item Details

Whether you are grading hockey cards or an autographed golf ball, please include as many details as possible. Feel free to add additional pages for notes, or to make them on the submission sheet. The more information you provide, the happier you will be with the final product. We will verify the provided information and add any we find during our analysis and investigation.

Service Fee & Shipping Calculation

Another important section of the form, is the fee calculations. Each submission sheet has a calculation breakdown. The number of submissions, multiplied by the service level fee you choose. Remember to add on for additional services (i.e. Autograph Authentication). We have also included a shipping fee breakdown. Find your applicable shipping fee and add that to your total. California residents please add 9.25% sales tax.

General

When submitting your valuable collectibles, we recommend keeping copies of everything. We recommend keeping a copy of the submission form, the receipt from shipping (w/tracking #), and scans or pictures of the submitted items(if possible). Keeping these items can be helpful if there is ever a shipping issue.

SPORTS CARD SIZE GUIDELINES

Cards We Can Grade

With the constant changes in technology and the competition between card companies to "out-do" each other, it has become nearly impossible to keep up with all the new sizes and thicknesses that the manufacturers are producing. We are constantly working with our team to keep up with the market. As we add options, we will update this guide. For now, please use the pictured guide. We are able to handle cards up to 2.75in X 3.75in. We can currently encapsulate cards up to 2mm thick.

PACKING YOUR ITEMS

Protecting Your Cards

One of the most important aspects of getting your cards graded is packing them properly for shipment. You will get many opinions when it comes to the best protection. With our years of experience, we have found that a soft sleeve inside a top-loader is the best possible way to protect your shipment. Card Savers are also a great option, but they can be more difficult to get in and out of without damaging the card.

Protecting Your Autographs

Autographed items vary in size, weight, shape, and material. For specific advice on your item, please contact our sales team directly sales@evolutiongradingservices.com. Generally, we recommend that you pad everything well, mark your packages "FRAGILE", and do your best to waterproof.

Protecting Your Memorabilia

Memorabilia varies in size, weight, shape, and material. For specific advice on your item, please contact our sales team directly sales@evolutiongradingservices.com. Generally, we recommend that you pad everything well, mark your packages "FRAGILE", and do your best to waterproof.
